§ Turn left on Peter Norbeck Scenic By Way/SD 87 – 2.9 miles
§ Turn Right on 753/South Playhouse Road (there is a Playhouse sign)-.5 miles

Shortcut directions from Rapid City
- From I-90 take Exit 57 (I-190)
- Left at first stop light (Omaha)
- Right at first stop light (Mt. Rushmore Rd)
- Stay on Mt. Rushmore Road for approximately 13 miles (it becomes US Hwy16)
- Change to left lane at Old McDonald’s Farm…or there about
- Left at 1st Rockerville Exit
- Bottom of exit take left on S. Rockerville Rd
- Cross Hwy into forest and drive for quite awhile (approximately 5 miles)
- First stop sign, take a left onto Hwy 40 (this is a short jog…less than ¼ mi.)
- Take first right onto Playhouse Road (go approximately 4 miles)
- Take left at first stop sign onto Iron Mt. Road/Hwy16 (go less than ¼ mi.)
- Take first right on S. Playhouse Road
- Stay on this road (approximately 3 miles)
- the BHP will be on your left after Center Lake Campground turn off
