Tickets
We have a new online ticketing system which allows patrons to buy tickets and make reservations online if they choose. We'll be happy to walk you through this process during box office hours from 10-5 Tuesday through Saturday and 1-4 on Sundays. Please call 605.255-4141 for assistance. Thank you!
Making Reservations Online
1. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a PASSCODE which allows you to make reservations.
2. Go to Tickets Page and click Get Tickets by the show for which you want to reserve tickets.
3. Select dates and seats. The system them verifies the seats you've selected.
4. Go to Checkout.
5. Skip ticket selection step if you have a Buffalo Pass or Holiday Package and have received a PASSCODE.
6. If it is the first time you've used the system, you need to create an account in the ticketing system by entering your email and creating a password.
7. If your email is already on file, your customer information will come up. Please verify that your info is correct. Click continue.
8. It will take you to a ticket confirmation page. If you have a PASSCODE, enter it at the bottom of this page and your reservations will be confirmed. You will have the option of printing your tickets or having them at will call at the theater.
9. You should receive a confirmation or your reservation through email. If you'd don't, please call us at 605.255-4141 or email tickets@blackhillsplayhouse.com.
